I had a consultation with Dr. Seo Man-gun for revision nose surgery. He said the silicone in my nose had been inserted too high, so he would lower it, and he recommended costal cartilage as the material for the nasal tip. I said I wanted to use ear cartilage, and he said it might be a bit insufficient but he could do it. Overall it was a satisfying consultation, but for now I plan to look around more and then decide.
