I consulted with Director Seo Man-gun. He’s so well-known for nose surgery that I already had a basic level of trust, and as expected, the consultation was very kind and thorough. Since my nose width is narrow, he bluntly said that no matter how much I wanted a dramatic nose, it just wouldn’t be possible.. He said he would perform the surgery by placing autologous rib cartilage twice over the septum to push the columella forward. But I’m not sure whether I’ll actually go through with the surgery because I saw some bad posts about JW Plastic Surgery
