The consultation with the director did not feel very kind. For a crooked nose correction surgery, which involved shaving the bent bone area plus osteotomy and septum work, they only talked about the bone part and did not mention the septum, so when I brought it up, only then did they say that they would do that too;; When I asked about aftercare, they said I should talk to the coordinator;; It felt like they wanted to end the consultation quickly.. The coordinator explained things in detail, and also told me about a case at another clinic where a functional nose surgery had been covered by insurance but was botched, so the patient came for revision surgery. That made me wonder if that is why the director did not mention the septum.. The big advantage seems to be the 3-year responsibility system with free after-sales service... I hope the surgery goes well in one shot so I never have to use the after-service
