I had revision surgery here twice At first, I really liked the line.. they did a natural straight nose really well. But maybe because they used the septum (was the fixation weak?), the nose would lift slightly in the morning and then go back down if I pushed it down with my hand again lol (it's not contracture or anything like that) So I had revision surgery, but there was a communication problem with the doctor, and the design was completely ruined sigh.. I really shouldn't have done the nostril lowering.. I ended up with a boxy bulbous nose. Everyone said the previous nose was better.. I also felt my impression change a lot My face got downgraded, not upgraded. They should have told me during the consultation that there was such a big risk, but they just said it was simple and that it could be fixed with ear cartilage grafting, so I trusted only the doctor and had the nostril-lowering done without looking into it in detail And the bridge silicone was inserted really short (I found out after getting a CT scan at another hospital lol) Right now, the bridge silicone is visible and the silicone is gradually moving up toward the glabella. During the second surgery, I asked them to fix the boundary on the bridge that felt cut off, but there was zero improvement lol The design was ruined too, so when I went back for another consultation (an Avatar-like flat nose with a high glabella and low bridge), they were so annoyed, like, why again if there isn't even a surgical problem? That consultation really upset me Being treated like I'm the weird one when there's supposedly no problem.. Even the counseling manager was flustered by the doctor's reaction.. I feel like this hospital isn't for me, so I'm looking at other places now, but because of the nostril lowering, the options are really limited... Nostril lowering is really not something to do lightly They say if you remove the nostril cartilage, scar tissue can form inside the nose or the nose can become pinched, so removal is almost impossible. If it has to be removed, do it quickly.. When I asked the hospital for photos of the nose that had looked pretty and well done before, they brushed it off as if they didn't have any lol. Compared with the nose now, it would be embarrassing for them too, so not giving them is really absurd The only good thing about this hospital is that the surgical environment seems clean.

Because I visited after booking, the consultation started without any waiting. After the CT scan, the order was manager, doctor, manager. Because of rhinitis, functional nose surgery was recommended, but they said it was okay not to do it…

If you go during peak season, the waiting time goes over two hours... You wait, take photos, wait again, wait for the manager consultation, wait again for the doctor consultation, wait again, then wait again for the manager consultation.

The doctor had a gentle impression, but explained things very realistically. He said clearly that if something can't be done, it can't be done.. I liked that he explained the surgical methods well. At other hospitals, they just say bluntly

A few years ago, I had surgery here that went badly and got a certain amount refunded. Especially the nose seems really bad.. During the consultation, they were very confident, saying they could do everything well. It really seems right to

First of all, it was better to spend about 30 minutes discussing eye-related matters with the doctor rather than with the counseling manager. The doctor explained things diligently and kindly, and I liked that he didn't push too hard. He…
