The doctor had a gentle impression, but explained things very realistically. He said clearly that if something can't be done, it can't be done.. I liked that he explained the surgical methods well. At other hospitals, they just say bluntly that lowering the nostrils can't be done because the cartilage can't be removed, but here the doctor explained in detail that the nostril cartilage is structured like this and that, so removal is difficult, and if you remove it, it will turn out like this or that So it was even more despairing.. But when I asked questions like whether this would be okay, he predicted the changes, saying this would turn out like this, and so on, which I really appreciated. My trust increased even more, and I really wanted to have surgery with him, but his reaction was so skeptical that I left in despair.. sigh
