I’m writing a review because I had a second revision surgery and now it seems to have settled. I used silicone for both the first surgery and the revision, but my nose shape became deformed and I had an inflammatory reaction, so costal cartilage was the only option, and I did glued diced cartilage. A big advantage is that with costal cartilage, they can simulate and create the shape I want, but the equally big downside is the cost.. Still, I don’t regret it
