I had a consultation with the chief surgeon who is famous for noses. He was more cynical and blunt than I expected. I said I wanted to proceed without implants, but he said there wouldn't be a dramatic effect and recommended thin silicone for the nasal bridge. But since the area between my eyebrows and my nasal bridge is already fairly high, I said I didn't want silicone because it might look strange. He said that if I were to do it without implants, he would lay Megaderm over the nasal cartilage. The nasal bridge surgery method was not the one I wanted, so I passed. Still, he explained very important points such as which areas people with my nose shape should not touch and what surgical methods should not be used, which helped a lot in later consultations. The price was good, aftercare was good too, and when he showed me the before-and-after photos, I liked the line, but since it wasn't the surgery method I wanted, I passed. As someone who avoids osteotomy, I was glad he didn't recommend it, but... I'd still need silicone..
