The managers were all kind, so that was nice. But I was told I’d get a direct consultation with the director, so I organized everything I wanted to ask about, yet the director really just looked at my eyes, said alone that this would be best, and left in less than 5 minutes, so it was a little disappointing that I couldn’t ask the director anything. After that, I consulted with the manager, who was kind, so that was fine. Still, it was impressive that they could decide the surgical direction the moment they saw my eyes, and I did get the feeling they were someone with some experience.
