After seeing the post-op results on the iPad, I didn't get the feeling that my overall face looked prettier, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery. Fixed pricing. It's better to prepare a lot of questions in advance. The manager and doctor had a cold, unsmiling vibe. Private clinic. Quiet.
