1. I booked a consultation through KakaoTalk. They just asked for my name and phone number, and that was it. I did not even get a confirmation text saying the consultation was booked. When I asked if my reservation was really there, they said they do not send a separate message, and only then mentioned the consultation fee of 10,000 won. 2. Even when I went in person, they did not know my reservation information well, saying my number was wrong and that there was someone with the same name .. It was not a phone booking, it was through KakaoTalk, so everything was recorded, so why would I enter the wrong phone number... I filled out the consultation form, then when it was my turn and I went in, they told me to change into a gown. Even though I had checked "eyes" on the initial consultation form, they thought it was for the chest......... I was speechless. 3. The doctor seemed skilled, and the consultation content was good. 4. I made a same-day reservation after being encouraged to do so, but because the cost burden was too much, I requested a refund. 5. They called right away. They told me to bring the receipt, so I went, but the desk said they could not process it immediately and told me to wait until the manager finished a consultation. Even though I had brought both the receipt and my card, it took 30 minutes of waiting just to get the refund processed. They said to wait until the manager finished the consultation, but they only glanced at me for less than a minute, asking why I was canceling, even though they had already talked to me on the phone. The refund was handled by someone else. If that was the case, I wonder why I had to wait. I had already explained the reason for canceling over the phone... Honestly, I usually do not write posts like this unless it is really bad, but I wrote this because there was no proper response system and I felt so let down after going out of my way to visit. There is nothing false in what I wrote here. It is all true. My friend who came with me for the consultation is a witness.

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
