I went because I wanted to improve a bulbous nose, but they said I already had a nasal bridge and told me not to use silicone or any autologous implant, and to just do cartilage tying at the tip. Other clinics still suggested using ear cartilage or septal cartilage, but here they said I really did not need to use anything, so I thought they must prefer a natural look... But compared with that, the price was not cheap, so I was a bit torn.
