Hello, this is my 4-month review after cheekbone and jaw surgery.. I'm a woman, and when I came back after a long time, I saw some reviews that were hard to believe ㅠㅠㅠ... I really experienced all of this myself, so I'll write only honestly. First, I'll tell you about the expected surgical results. For reference, I had a diamond-shaped face, and after surgery it became completely straight. I think once the swelling in my square jaw goes down more, it'll become oval-shaped. When you look at your face in the mirror, if the bone below the area next to your eyes (temples) protrudes outward on both sides! In that case, you can expect a good surgical effect. But,, if your temples are wide and your face gets narrower as it goes down from the temples toward the cheeks, there's a high chance surgery won't be able to reduce it. Because the temples are skull bone, so they can't be reduced.
To put it really simply, if you look in the mirror and only your cheekbone area is protruding! (from the front) Yes, everyone, you can expect the straight face shape you want. Of course, you have to take into account that things like nerve lines differ from person to person!!!
And swelling! Even two months after surgery, my swelling was so full that I quit my job hahahaha. It's partly because I'm a freelancer and can find work anytime, but,, I just couldn't stand in front of my coworkers with a swollen face.. On day 10 or day 15, the line is visible...? Yes... I know everyone is different, different, different, but... I really can't understand it... Around one month, I think the swelling inside my mouth started going down. At around day 15, you can lightly jog, walk, and live daily life comfortably, but standing in front of others? Absolutely not.. That's how it was for me... Only now can I clearly see the line.
Also, for those scheduled for surgery, put lots of tissues wherever you'll be lying down, because blood and pus keep coming out. And... cotton pads and toner are essential!
If you have any questions, I'll answer! For clinic inquiries, sorry. It's because I know you'll get much better results by going for consultations yourself and choosing than by me telling you..! Please understand.
