I had two types of facial contouring surgery (square jaw and chin), but the effect wasn’t dramatic. Among the people around me, no one knows that I had facial contouring done, and personally I just think of it as having overcome a complex that had always bothered me. Considering the cost and how hard the recovery was, unless your bones are prominent enough that anyone would see a big before-and-after difference, I wouldn’t really recommend it. I haven’t had any side effects so far.
