I was gaslit into putting down a reservation deposit, so I paid a 100,000 won deposit on the same day. They said that if I canceled, a 100% refund was absolutely possible. I called that same day and said I wanted a refund, but they delayed the refund with all kinds of ridiculous reasons, saying it wasn’t their person in charge, then saying it would take more time, then mentioning a funeral, and so on. They said they would definitely send it by a certain date, but in the end, they didn’t send it by that day. After texting and calling again, I barely got it back. It’s a clinic that drags out a refund that takes less than 1 minute for 9 days, and a factory-style clinic obsessed with money that runs things terribly. In a YouTube comment, someone said their double eyelid came undone and the clinic absolutely refused to acknowledge it. I really hope everyone doesn’t do it here. It’s my first time seeing a clinic run this way. I was really stressed.
