First, I had surgery at a clinic in a provincial area about 2 years ago. At the time, maybe because the trend for men’s inner double eyelids was slowly coming up, the doctor said he would do it according to that trend, so I suddenly went ahead with the surgery.
The surgery was ptosis correction/eye shape correction + incisional method, and right after surgery, I really could not open my eyes well. I also developed a large amount of scar tissue in my left eye. This is just my thought, but I suspect the line may have become crooked because of that scar tissue. Thinking back, I feel like the design itself was wrong from the start. They said I didn’t need epicanthoplasty or lateral canthoplasty, and that they would create an inner double eyelid with incision, but the line was completely an in-out among in-out lines,, and even that was an in-out line that went inside the outer corner of the eye, so when people saw it, it was obviously surgically done eyes. It wasn’t pretty either lolololol. At least when I open my eyes sharply, they look like normal eyes, but if they swell, or I drink, or I’m tired, it becomes a total mess. Like I just came out after getting surgery. I’ve actually been asked whether I had eye surgery, so it must have looked really obvious. Thanks to that, even after getting eye surgery, I still go around wearing glasses. When I wear them across the eye line, it doesn’t show that much hehe Oh right, and even now, 2 years later, my left eye still has a pulling sensation. Maybe something went wrong as the line became crooked ㅠ I’ll stop whining here hehe Even with eyes like this, I’m smiling while saving money for revision surgery, oh right
Definitely! Get surgery in Seoul,, I really learned my lesson. Since these are eyes I had done 2 years ago, I have no reason to go back to that clinic now, and I’m not hoping for compensation or revision surgery, so I won’t reveal the clinic. I’ll only say it’s a clinic in Ingye-dong, Suwon. Just go to Seoul and get it done hehe
