I only had an online consultation. As was explained in other posts, they explained the content with confidence. I had a consultation for cleft lip, and in any case, among the few places I could choose from, this was one that felt trustworthy. Since it was online, I don't know what it is really like, but based on the content alone, it seemed reliable
