It’s clean because it hasn’t been open for long. The doctor is the type to explain things gently and kindly. But they only tell you things if you ask first, so it would be good to prepare a question list well. The manager also feels like they only answer after I ask, rather than proactively telling me things. As for AS or aftercare... though it seems like there isn’t much aftercare. I really like the doctor’s before-and-after surgery photos, but I think it would be better if aftercare and staff friendliness improved a bit.
