The director and consultant really have zero professionalism. They have absolutely no eye for assessing the condition of the nose at all. They don’t even say how the nose should be improved, and despite not even taking a CT scan, they just keep saying bullshit like the nose is too thick and the nasal bridge silicone is too high so it can’t be raised... So annoying.
