The shape definitely came out naturally. It has been a little over a year since the surgery. It looks so natural that if someone saw it, they wouldn’t think it was a surgically done nose. The nose shape could still change in the future, so I’ll have to keep watching it, but I’m satisfied with the shape so far. However, the area where the ear cartilage was harvested does have slight ear deformation. There were times when my AirPods sat a bit away from my ear. Still, I liked that they tried to take as much responsibility for the patient as possible.
