First of all, when I went in, there was no guidance from the staff, so I had no choice but to stand still for about a minute. After waiting, I went over first and spoke to them. I wondered if it was because the desk itself was too high, but even when they made eye contact, there was no guidance, and since this was my first time experiencing something like this, I was flustered. However, the consultant was very kind, so I added one more star. Even after the consultation with the director, the waiting time to consult with the consultant was long, which was disappointing. I don't know what the surgical environment is like, but the lobby and consultation room were very cramped and far from feeling clean. The director's consultation didn't feel friendly; it was a bit high-handed, but they answered all the questions I asked. There was little that they explained first, so I think it was a consultation where you had to prepare many questions separately to get a lot out of it. The director seemed to pursue a glamorous style and seemed to prefer a curved nasal line. When I looked at the before-and-after photos, they were different from the nose I wanted, so I decided not to have surgery here. The ENT director was a little kinder. Regarding deviated nasal septum, they spoke as if it was a surgery that could be done or not done, which was different from other clinics. I decided to have a consultation after seeing a model's nose, but in the actual consultation, I felt a gap from my expectations in many ways. As for CCTV, they say it can be viewed with the police present if a problem occurs.
