Why is the rating so low? My nose was totally bulbous, and even after one surgery it didn't improve, so I got a revision here. It came out very nicely and I like it, and the doctor also takes responsibility for follow-up care all the way through. Nose surgery is already said to be a risky operation, so I just paid more and got it done properly at a place that does it right. I don't regret it.
