I had a revision rhinoplasty here about 7 years ago. I’ve since had surgery somewhere else again, but back then I think the surgery took almost 8 hours under local anesthesia? It was extremely hard. They used donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage. They also showed me my nose shape after the surgery was over. My nose was extremely flashy, but I wanted a straight nose that wouldn’t look lifted, and they turned it into a very slender, pretty feminine nose with a slightly upturned line. I had a revision somewhere else, but it failed ㅡㅡㅋ Thinking about it now, I should have just left it here and waited for the nose tip to drop.. Anyway, I remember women looking at my nose and saying it turned out insanely pretty and well( a pretty nose by women’s standards)
