It’s been 3 weeks since my third before-and-after nose revision. First of all, I think the surgeon’s technique was good because I didn’t use nasal packing, which was the best part. I only bled a little on day 1, and I was seeing the spray used for nasal congestion for the first time too, but it was nice. Sadly, this was my third revision surgery, but I think this was the easiest while wearing the splint, and I was able to eat well too That’s why, when the splint came off, I think I had the least bruising and swelling!!
Before, my nose was a very sharply projecting, pointy, plastic-surgery-looking nose, and I hated that it looked upturned. My columella was also retracted But I think the surgeon reflected my needs well, removed the silicone, and made the tip nicely round too It’s probably not the final shape yet, but I’m looking forward to the days when the swelling goes down even more.
