Surgery in December 2015 At the time, I had surgery for a nasal hump and ptosis correction (including pinching along my original line). Even now, nearly 10 years later, my eye shape is maintained without side effects, and since the line was pinched along my original line, it doesn’t look unnatural either. There is no red line. My eyes changed from sleepy-looking to defined, so I really liked my eyes. For my nose, since it was done with autologous ear cartilage, the nasal tip drooped over time. There were many rumors and reviews saying that nose surgery doesn’t end with just one surgery, and since a lot of time had passed, I accepted it. But the hump shape I originally disliked appeared again, so I decided on revision surgery and booked a consultation. They looked at my nose shape compared with old photos and said I didn’t necessarily need to do it. About 2 years passed again after the consultation, and I just had nose revision surgery at another hospital. The nose and eyes I had surgery on at the time were very natural, and I liked them a lot. (The eye swelling was worse than other people’s because nausea from a side effect of sleep anesthesia came on, maybe more so because I was too thin at the time, and I kept vomiting immediately after surgery. But over time it all went down and became natural.) For the nose, unless it’s silicone or costal cartilage, it seems right that it gradually goes down over time.. But I pursue a natural look, so I still don’t use silicone now. Aside from the parts that are unavoidable in the long term, it was a surgery I still like. However, it is a factory-style hospital and they are very busy, so when I went for a nose re-consultation a few years ago, the director kept trying to leave, saying I didn’t necessarily need to do it.. Because of this part, I chose another hospital for nose revision surgery. I know they are busy and skilled, but I wish they would be just a little kinder and more thorough in consultations.
