Uh.. It’s been about a year and a half now since I had rhinoplasty. Of course, I’m more satisfied than with my previous face. Haha. But maybe people’s desires are endless, because when I look in the mirror, honestly there are many times when I can’t really tell whether I had it done or not. First of all, my nose was a typical witch nose with a hump. I had the nasal tip done with only septal cartilage, without an implant, and the nasal bridge was done with autologous dermis. The hump was shaved down too. Rather than things like simply making the nose higher, I just had the line shaped. Exactly after 1 week, when they removed that, what was it, the bandage??? Honestly, I was a bit disappointed after it came off. It looked so natural that I thought once the swelling went down, there would be nothing particularly different from my old face. ㅜㅜ I wanted a dramatic effect, so I was a bit disappointed. Then a year and a half just passed, and the nasal tip started dropping. Since the bridge was autologous dermis, it also seems to be getting absorbed. At the time, I didn’t really know things like how this material was or how that material was, so I just did what the doctor recommended. But what’s certain is that because I only did what the doctor recommended, I don’t really have any side effects, and maybe it’s because everything used was autologous, but even though I’m not sure about my appearance, other people compliment me. Honestly, right now I do want to do it again. Ha.. If I keep doing this, it feels like plastic surgery addiction, but with the mindset that this will really be the last time, I want to do my nose just one more time. I feel like I rambled a bit, but thank you for reading this long post.
