I went in for a consultation about a bulbous nose. The doctor was very kind and explained the surgical results objectively and honestly without exaggeration, which made me trust them. The consultation manager wasn't rude, but felt a little.. awkward. Since I was there to consult with the doctor anyway, it didn't bother me much.
