I went there with CT cross-sectional images for revision rhinoplasty. They found a depression in my nose, and because I felt anxious about silicone, I asked whether there was inflammation or contracture. They looked inside my nose and consulted with me very kindly. It seemed like they make a lot of natural-looking nose shapes, and I also want a natural-looking nose. Since the bridge would become lower if the silicone were removed, they recommended lateral nasal osteotomy. They said that would create the effect of making the nose look higher even if it is not fundamentally high, but... osteotomy is so scary that I thought about whether to have removal surgery. Overall, I think it was a clean consultation, with no unnecessary extras.
