I had surgery at another hospital and have multiple problems, including nasal deviation, septal perforation, and asymmetrical nostrils. At other plastic surgery clinics, they refused surgery because of the perforation, but the director at this clinic said perforation reconstruction was possible, and he even discovered calcification of my cartilage, so if I proceed with surgery, I think it could be done safely. And he gave a thorough consultation.
