Both the director and the consultant were kind, and I could see the director was confident, so the clinic left a really good impression! It was really nice that they showed me what my nose would look like after surgery with Photoshop, and they also showed me many photos of patients with cases similar to mine. They seemed professional, which I liked, and they answered all my questions well. The explanation of the surgical method was a bit hard to understand.
