I had always had nasal obstruction before, so I had functional rhinoplasty done once somewhere else. But I didn’t see much effect, and the stuffiness became as bad as before. I was wondering whether I should have revision surgery, and recently I had time, and it was so stuffy, so I had revision functional rhinoplasty together with cosmetic rhinoplasty. After getting a consultation at the clinic, I decided on surgery right away. During the consultation, communication was good and matched the direction I had in mind. Basically, I said that I definitely wanted a functional effect, and the director properly identified my current nasal problems and explained well what effects I could get after surgery, unlike my first surgery, so it was easy to understand.
Right after surgery, I wasn’t sure at first, maybe because of the swelling, but as the swelling went down and I kept receiving management, I started seeing the effects. Now breathing is really comfortable. While having revision functional rhinoplasty, I also had cosmetic rhinoplasty, and I’m glad I did it because once the shape changed, my self-esteem went up lol I got the effect of my impression looking different, so these days I keep hearing that my face looks better
