I had a consultation for my nose. What I felt during the consultation was that the director seemed to have a design they insisted on, so I was worried.. I wanted it to look subtle. There were many male clients, and for revision surgery cases, they recommended autologous costal cartilage from the chest. I put it on hold. They said it would be difficult because my ears are small, but since my ears are small and my nose is also on the small side, that point felt disappointing.
