I had a consultation for my nose. What I felt during the consultation was that the director seemed to have a design he insisted on, so I was worried.. I wanted it to look natural and not obvious. There were many male clients, and for revision surgery he recommended autologous costal cartilage from the chest, so I put it on hold. He said it would be difficult because my ears are small, but although my ears are small, my nose is also on the smaller side, so that part was disappointing.
