Compared with other hospitals, the director definitely explains things in much finer and more detailed way. I went to about four places today, and while other directors said that any questions about the surgery process or the nose shape I wanted should be asked to the manager, this director was the type to tell me everything from 1 to 10, so it felt more professional and I liked how kind it was. If I had one disappointment, it's that the hospital they used to work at had a lot of negative reviews, so it was hard to decide right away, and since it only opened recently, there weren't many surgery reviews yet, which was a shame. Other than that, most of the staff, including the manager, were kind, and like someone else said, it does seem like the manager is trying to sell, but that is just part of the job, so I guess it can't be helpedㅎㅎ..
