The person at the desk wasn't exactly unfriendly, but they weren't especially kind either. I had a brief consultation with the manager about what I wanted, and then the director came in and consulted with us together. The director didn't really push anything too strongly, and at other places they had recommended medial canthoplasty, but here they told me it probably wasn't necessary! That said, I think you should go in having thought out your questions in advanceㅠㅜ The director isn't the type to explain things first, so I went in without thinking enough and ended up finishing the consultation without asking many questions. Also, there is a consultation fee of 5,000 won, and they tell you in advance.
