I went for a consultation last week! I said I wanted to just slightly smooth out the hump and do it without implants, and they said that would be perfectly possible. What I liked was the part where they explained in detail that they would fill in the space between the shaved hump area and the part raised with septal cartilage to make it flat, and it was my second consultation so I don't know about other hospitals, but both the manager and the doctor felt kinder than at the first hospital. More than anything, I wanted a natural look!! and the doctor said he was good at that, so I think the line will suit my taste. That said, since they said there isn't an anesthesiologist on site, I deducted one point in terms of my expectations for the hospital.
