Review of Goksam

I recommend going for a consultation here only after you've already been to a few other places and feel like you've become clear about your own position. It's too good a place to use as your first consultation. I went after visiting about 3 places. I have a strong aversion to artificial implants, and honestly, just looking at the shape of my nose, mine is the kind that wouldn't be able to avoid silicone. (According to the director, it was, 'A nose you can't forget after seeing it once!! Even if you hadn't had surgery here, it would have stayed in your memory,' they said. hahaha) Even so, when I said I didn't want silicone at all, they didn't even consider it. I think that's the biggest difference from other hospitals. Other places tried to persuade me by saying silicone would be fine and that side effects almost never happen. Since I originally had almost no cartilage in my nose, I was worried that using the septum would cause trouble later, so I felt reassured that they would use only ear cartilage. That said, they recommended external alar base reduction, which made me a little uneasy (scarring worry..) To cut to the conclusion, I had surgery here! My swelling is still very much at its peak, and I haven't even removed the splint yet (more precisely, they taped cotton into the shape of a splint), so there's no way for me to know the shape yet, so I can't write a post-op review yet. But I really hope you get a consultation here at least once... The director and the nurses are truly on another level.
