This was a consultation for both function and aesthetics, so I had a CT scan and then the consultation. The staff felt a bit mechanical rather than especially kind, and the coordinator was just okay... the doctor seemed the kindest. He explained everything clearly while looking at the CT and photos, and also did a Photoshop simulated surgery, but I think that’s just for reference. He answered everything when I asked, and explained the parts that needed to be fixed functionally in detail, so I recommend going there for a first consultation.
