I had a consultation for nose surgery. As I had found through searching, they said they pursue natural results, and that 9.5 out of 10 people would not look like they had surgery. They said they use Gore-Tex, and for the nose tip they use ear cartilage. I feel reassured by the fact that they have a lot of experience and only do nose surgery, but.. when I read the surgery review posts, some people said there was no difference before and after, so I am worried.
