Even though I was late for my consultation time, I got a CT scan right away and then had the consultation. The questionnaire was very detailed, and after a short consultation with the manager, I moved on to the surgeon. They turned on the light, used a long cotton swab to look inside my nose, and checked whether the septum could be used. They explained everything slowly and in an easy-to-understand way while looking at the CT. When I asked questions comparing it with what I had been told at other clinics, they explained the reasons for the differences very well, and overall it was very comfortable to talk with them! They also picked up what I wanted well.. Of course, they couldn't be certain that my problem would be 100 percent improved, but after going around different clinics and hearing things like it's nothing or don't do it, I was confused. Hearing a more neutral opinion was satisfying in its own way. They don't pressure you to make a reservation or anything, and they're cool about it.
