I felt that the director here uses words and actions that are a bit lacking in consideration toward people, beyond just the doctor-patient relationship. Like in the review below, he tells you to ask questions if you have any, but when you do, he puts you down by saying he does not know what you are talking about. It was not that I asked something absurd, and after going to 7 or 8 consultations, this was the first director who reacted like this to the same questions without understanding them. If you are a doctor who performs aesthetic surgery, not a doctor who treats disease, I think you should pay more attention to your relationship with patients. I still think the informal mixed-with-polite speech style has not been corrected. Personally, I prefer directors who are honest and firmly call out the facts rather than only speaking nicely, but this was not that. It just seemed like they had a talent for saying the same thing in a way that feels unpleasant. (For reference, I also consulted at a xxxx clinic that is famous for being rude, but this was the only place that felt bad.) It was fine that they told me not to do unnecessary things, but I do not know whether they really analyze the eyes in detail, and I did not feel anything especially professional compared with other places. And other places at least look at your face after briefly lowering the mask or take a photo to check overall facial balance once, but there was nothing like that here. The consultation fee is 10,000 won, but it did not seem worth paying for a consultation, so keep that in mind. By comparison, the manager here is really humane and kind.
