I decided to get inferior turbinate reduction surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty together. At other hospitals they said it would be better to lower the septum, but here they recommended against it, saying that if the septum is lowered, the nose could end up looking too long, so I’m conflicted… The price was the highest of all the places I visited.
