They responded more kindly than when I went before, and the doctor came in randomly, but it was fine. I got the impression they were a bit better with needle-related lasers and procedures. But the fact that the aestheticians' skill level was random was a bit disappointing... One person explained everything carefully while doing it, but another just did it with a rough, brusque feeling..
