I chose a no-implant option because I didn't like noses like the ones from Gangnam Unni, and I'm satisfied because it feels clean and like it solved exactly my complex. I wanted a natural-looking nose, and thanks to learning about no-implant noses, the director matched my needs, so I'm very satisfied and doing well.
