The consultation manager was incredibly kind. She was so kind that she was probably the kindest person I've ever met across all the hospitals I've been to in my life. I was honestly shocked by how kind she was, and the hospital atmosphere was warm too. The director seemed to have a refreshing, easygoing personality, and said with confidence that they could help me recover quickly without pain after surgery and get back to daily life right away. They also seemed confident about cleavage. There was absolutely no pressure when it came to choosing an implant, and the choice between inframammary and axillary incision was made to suit the patient as much as possible, so it was a hospital where I felt really good after the consultation.
