I had surgery without an implant, and the line is clean, and while you could say the bridge height is a bit disappointing, I think this feels much more natural and better. If I had put in silicone, it probably would have looked strongly artificial, so I’m really glad I went implant-free. The swelling is down now and I’m satisfied.
