They showed me a video before the consultation with the director. It was about an overall explanation of rhinoplasty and examples done at this clinic. Since it gave me background knowledge before the consultation, it was very helpful for understanding during the consultation. Both the director and the consultant were kind. They explained things in detail and kept asking if I had any more questions, which was nice.
