He places a lot of importance on facial balance. He is extremely safety-oriented, so even though my nose is blunt and I came to fix that bluntness, he said this actually helps balance my face, so he wouldn’t make it very? pointed. He did say there would still be improvement, but he said it wouldn’t be a conventionally pretty nose, rather a nose that suits me. I’m really struggling because I’m worried the before-and-after difference might be minimal I don’t know where to choose for surgery... It will leave a nasal scar and cost about 5 million won, and I do want to change a bit aesthetically... But I also don’t want it to look burdensome or too obvious...(Sorry for being picky...)
He has you lie down on something like an operating table, raises the nose to show you, and shows lots of review photos. This is my first surgery, and this is also my first time going around for consultations, and after visiting several places I was overwhelmed, so I think I’ll go back for another consultation
