I used fascia on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for implant-free rhinoplasty, and I like both the front and side views, but I especially liked the side profile. A flat side profile had been a complex of mine, so I used to cover my face when going around lolololol. They made the nose that best suits my original nose and facial features, so I’m very satisfied lololol. It’s smooth too lolol. On the day of surgery, everything was fine except that the cotton packing was hard to deal with lol. Until week 1, the swelling was enormous, but now I think there’s really just a little residual swelling, and it’s fine lolol. I’m satisfied!!
