The director was kind, but the consultation was not very deep and it felt like they were saying, "I will make you pretty on my own." Still, because I wanted it done quickly, I went ahead with nose surgery, but the bridge ended up too high and crooked, so I eventually decided to remove it and am now just waiting for the day of removal. Do not ever get septal extension..
