I went for a consultation last year or early this year, and the staff here were kind, but something felt a bit off.. The director was unfriendly. It felt like I was being scolded a little? I didn’t even feel good when I left, so I think this is something worth keeping in mind. Also, they kept mentioning same-day reservations.
